My story starts in Isanti, MN, where I was born into a wonderful family. I was fortunate enough to participate in all kinds of activities, including hockey, football, motocross and ice fishing.
After high school, I spent far too much time attending college, finishing my undergraduate degree at MSU-Mankato, and ultimately enrolling in and obtaining my DDS degree from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry (I’m a Mankato Maverick hockey fan at heart and the Gophers are a distant second). I met my now-wife Sarah in Mankato and currently reside in Stillwater with our two rescue dogs, Otto and Ernie, as well as our 13 month old son Anderson.
I consider being a licensed dentist an honor. With that honor comes the obligation and responsibility to provide the best dental care for my patients. The technical skill and knowledge of dentistry are important, but what I find even more important is the ability to communicate with patients in a way that makes them feel comfortable and understood. I also like to incorporate some humor into each and every appointment, so expect to smile and laugh a little, too!
